KEEP WHAT WORKS. IMPROVE WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION.

Your website doesn’t always
need a fresh start.

Sometimes the useful next step is a content update, a clearer product page or a feature that works properly. We review your current setup before recommending targeted work or a larger change.

01 / CONTENT

Keep information current.

Update agreed page copy, images, service details and product information. Make the next action clearer and check that the changes fit the existing layout.

02 / THEMES & LAYOUTS

Improve the experience.

Refine Shopify templates, reusable sections, navigation and mobile layouts. Assess your current theme before suggesting a replacement.

03 / TROUBLESHOOTING

Find the cause first.

Investigate broken links, form problems, unexpected layout changes and store-feature issues. Describe the affected page and steps so we can assess the work.

04 / MAINTENANCE

Plan routine care.

Agree the checks, update responsibilities and backup arrangements appropriate to your platform. Hosting, theme and app responsibilities are confirmed in the scope.

05 / DEVELOPMENT

Add what your business needs.

Scope new sections, enquiry journeys and supported integrations around your requirements. App subscriptions and third-party development costs are identified separately.

06 / REVIEW

Check the change.

Review the agreed pages and interactions on desktop and mobile. Where measurement is available, agree what to check after release and what needs a longer review.

WEBSITE & SHOPIFY SUPPORT

The right work.
On the existing site.

For Shopify, we can discuss theme improvements, collection and product templates, app behaviour and the buying journey. For other websites, support depends on the platform, hosting, access and the issue involved.

We assess suitability before agreeing work. Platform restrictions and third-party services may affect what can be changed.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT LEVEL OF HELP

A focused fix.
Or an ongoing plan.

One-off changes

A defined content update, layout improvement or investigation. We confirm the task, price and expected delivery before starting.

Ongoing support

An agreed programme of routine changes and website care. The included work, capacity and response arrangements are set out in your proposal.

Development projects

Larger features, integrations or a series of storefront improvements. Agree milestones, dependencies and review stages before the build.

CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Know what’s included.
Know what happens next.

Your proposal confirms the tasks, costs, access required, target response arrangements and expected delivery. A reply acknowledging an issue is different from resolving it.

Urgency, third-party access, app behaviour and the complexity of the fault can affect timing. Tell us if customers are affected so we can discuss an appropriate next step.

Before work starts, we agree:

  • The platform, affected pages and intended change
  • Included tasks and work quoted separately
  • Access, approvals and backup responsibilities
  • Response arrangements and delivery expectations
  • How changes are reviewed, released and checked
  • Any recurring fees or third-party costs

Support is scheduled within the agreed arrangement. This page does not offer a 24/7 emergency service.

A PRACTICAL WAY FORWARD

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

Your support questions.

Can you help with a website you didn’t build?

We can assess the site and requirements. Acceptance depends on the platform, available access and the work involved. We confirm suitability before you commit.

Do I need to rebuild my website?

Not necessarily. Targeted content, layout or feature improvements may be enough. A rebuild is discussed where the current setup cannot support the agreed requirements.

How quickly will an issue be fixed?

Timing depends on the fault, access, third-party services and agreed support arrangement. Your proposal confirms response expectations and delivery targets; there is no universal same-day resolution promise.

Are hosting and paid apps included?

Only where they are explicitly included in your agreement. Hosting, themes, apps, licences and other third-party charges are identified before work starts.

Can support include ongoing SEO?

Website maintenance and ongoing SEO are different scopes. We can discuss a connected plan through our SEO services, with deliverables and costs confirmed separately.
